Need to make a claim? No problem, simply follow the steps below.

MBI Claim Process

Step 1

Call 0800 288 654 to advise Autolife of the details of your claim, and to ascertain the name of the nearest MTA Approved Authorised Repair Facility.

Step 2

Discuss with us the best way to deliver your vehicle to the Authorised Repair Facility. It may need to be towed if it cannot be driven safely.

Step 3

The Authorised Repairer will contact our office to discuss the nature of the claim, the estimated cost of repair and to seek authorisation to complete the repairs.

Step 4

Complete the online claims form or download the Claim Form below (make sure you included copies of Service Invoices / Quotes).

Step 5

And most importantly, do not have any repairs completed without the prior approval of Autolife!

Before you start your claim make sure you have your policy number, you are the authorised policy holder, and you have details of the incident on hand. If you wish to make a claim for another policy, please call 0800 288 654 to talk to an Autolife customer representative.
